The McDonalds in Budapest had Internet access and amply displayed its lack of readiness for such responsibility. The interface was all wonky, and not just in the crazy "we're European so we'll have our own keyboard layout" kind of way. I gave up trying to do anything fancy and just did some surfing and email reading, but Jason persisted in trying to send an email. And he was punished for his efforts.
