The Bullhead Story

I caught a bullhead and I did not know until I picked up the bag and felt a bullhead swimming around in it; and I moved it to a beautiful pool. We gave it some clams and we watched it and we putted it and we scooped out of the water and put in the new water, then we dumped the dirty water out into a different pool. Then we saw a dead bullhead.

Keith gave me a windshield wiper, two nets for me and Rowan, and a box. We said thank you.

We also saw a hummingbird.

  1. Connor,

Where did you catch the bullhead?

Is that hummingbird eating at the feeder you have up by your window?

Grandpa and I saw a redtailed hawk sitting on her nest at the top of a tree. I took a picture that I will email you but I don’t have a good camera like your dad so you can’t see the hawk clearly. Maybe the babies will be hatched and still in the nest when you are here.

    Love, Grams and Grandpa

  3. The hummingbird was flying in the air and it was humming and it was cool. I couldn’t see what color it was, though. It was too high and too far. It flew right over Rowan’s head.

The bullhead was about 1 inch. Bullheads aren’t hard to catch, because my new net Keith and JoJo gave me is easy to catch bullheads with. I caught a bullhead with my net in a pool on Sage Rock.

    Hugs and Kisses, love Connor.
