I got a bunch owies on my stomach from hiking down Verstovia mountain. It hurt. I saw a Red-tailed Hawk. When I was going up and coming down.

  1. How are your owies doing? are they all healed up yet?

i’m glad you have fun sleeping outside. did you have a fire at all? roast any marshmallows?

i haven’t seen any red-tailed hawks here. i’ve seen lots of small birds though, like robins and chikadees-like birds called Great Tits. think i saw a Swift the other day too.

i love you too, Speedy. xoxox

    love,
    mommy
