Bird egg story

Filed under: Uncategorized — Rowan @ 6:02 pm

Grams showed us a blackbird egg. That blackbird egg was small. And I was happy to be down in Idaho and I miss you dad. And when Mom gets back home I will be happy to see her again. Love dad. The end.

  1. I’m glad you’re happy to be down in Idaho. I got to go up to Blue Lake today and see some interesting things. One of the things I found was a deer antler that had been shed by a buck last winter. That’s the first one I remember ever finding.

Why do you suppose the egg was in the grass? Do you think the blackbird laid it there?

  2. rowan says Yes the blackbird did lay it there but then he couldn’t find it there anymore and didn’t come back.

  3. that’s neat, Rowan, that you got to see a Blackbird egg. Did you take it with you back to the house, or did you leave it there?

I’m going home tomorrow, so i’ll be home waiting for you when you come home. i’ll try to call you when I get to Boston.

i love you and miss you. I’m glad you are having fun!

    love,
    mommy

  4. Rowan says:
I love mom and you didn’t know we already had the egg at the house but it was nice to ask.

And I know why they bird didn’t find it because it didn’t remember where it was. I know where grams found it – by her office in the grass.

    That’s all

    Love, Rowan
