Copperbush
Cladothamnus pyrolaeflorus

This plant is a medium sized shrub which I most commonly associate with subalpine areas around Sitka. Perhaps in the future I will start to notice it more often at lower elevations as I did this one.

Location: Sealion Cove Trail, Kruzof Island, Southeast Alaska
