Interested in College in Alaska?

I see these birds like this one fairly often when I walk out on the breakwater. This one flew up and started singing while I was trying to get video of a kingfisher. Normally they do not seem to want to get very close to me, but this one sang quietly and did not seem bothered by my presence.
