Marbled Godwit
Limosa fedoa

The flock of one to two dozen Marbled Godwits that has shown up the last couple of years and visited the SJC lawn and Totem Park flats, did not come around this year. There were several godwits in the area, but no large flocks that I heard about.

Location: Sitka National Historical Park, Sitka, Alaska

Previous: Least Sandpiper (Calidris minutilla)
