Winter Robin

This is the third winter in a row that I have noticed robins showing up in January. I am uncertain whether this is due to poor observation on my part or robins moving into the area after having been gone for a month or two. My guess is that as the weather gets colder in December/January Sitka gets the robins that have stayed North as long as possible.
