Hiking a Lupine Covered Ridge

Lupine covers the ridge Chris Carlson hikes along one Summer day. The hike up Cross Mountain takes one through a number of places where alpine ridges are covered with lupine and indian paintbrush creating splashes of purple and red against the green leaves and blue sky.
