Big Hemlock
Big Hemlock
Matthew is a little taller than six feet. You can estimate from the picture that the diameter of the tree is close to eight feet. We measured the circumferance at about as high up as we could reach and it was over three hundred inches. We weren't able to get a very good idea of how tall it was. This may be a new state record for hemlock trees.

Location: Indian River
