31 December 2004: Updated Fall/Winter 2004, probably for the last time. The next update will have pictures from the new year.
29 December 2004: Updated Fall/Winter 2004 with pictures from Starrigavan Esutary, a Christmas Day Hike to Mosquito Cove, and a journal entry about a hike I did in some crummy weather (so no pictures).
24 December 2004: Updated Fall/Winter 2004 with pictures from an early December walk to Totem Park and a mid December trip to Herring Cove.
1 December 2004: Updated Fall/Winter 2004 with pictures from a hike to Medvejie Lake last week.
26 November 2004: Updated Fall/Winter 2004 with pictures from a Family outing to Harbor Mountain in October and Northern Lights pictures from a couple of weeks ago.

18 November 2004: I have put up a trail guide to non-backcountry trails accessible by road in Sitka. It is not complete, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to put up what I've got so far.

20 September 2004: Updated Summer 2004 with the last of the pictures from the Summer. Pictures include a hike up Starrigavan Ridge in June and some pictures of the Lighthouse and fireweed in July.; Started Fall/Winter 2004.
11 September 2004: Updated Summer 2004 with pictures from a couple of hikes last month, one up Indian River Valley and the other up Bear Mountain. I also added fireworks pictures from 4th of July weekend.
6 September 2004: Updated Summer 2004 with some pictures taken over the last month or so. Updated Family 2004 with some pictures of Rowan and Connor.
10 August 2004: Updated Summer 2004 with pictures from the last month. I still have a couple of even earlier sets of photos to put up, but I am not sure when I will get to those.
5 July 2004: Updated Summer 2004 with pictures from some outings between 15 June and 22 June. I also remembered that I had failed to put up the pictures from Rowan's birthday, so those are now up in Family 2004
16 June 2004: Updated Summer 2004 with pictures from a number of hikes over the last month. I am finally caught up with photojournal images taken before yesterday.
12 June 2004: Started Summer 2004 with photos from a hike from Harbor Mountain to Gavan Hill and a picnic on Harbor Mountain.
6 June 2004: Updated Winter/Spring 2004 with what should be the final update. Pictures from walks at the park, family outings, and a trip to Fish Bay. Lots of pictures of birds and plants with a few other things mixed in.
13 May 2004: I updated Winter/Spring 2004 with first of two large batches of images I have taken over the last couple of months. There are 92 pictures in this update and there will probably close to that many in the next one. There are lots of pictures of birds, and quite a few of spring plants/flowers as well. The next update should happen within the next week or so. It will finish off Winter/Spring and it will be time to open up Summer 2004.
2 May 2004: Updated Winter/Spring 2004 with some pictures from a hike with Melissa up Mt. Verstovia, a couple of pictures of a winter wren, some mallards, Sandy Beach at Sunset, and some flower pictures from a hike to Heart Lake.
14 April 2004: Updated Winter/Spring 2004 with some pictures from a family hike to Beaver Lake yesterday and a few photos of the snow we had over Spring Break. I have quite a few pictures left to process from the intervening time, so they will eventually get put up when I have time to take care of them.
4 April 2004: I figured if I didn't get things updated this week, I probably would not have time until school is out in May. 76 new pictures in Winter/Spring 2004. I still have quite a few more pictures waiting to be taken care of, so there is a chance that I will get another update done before next week.
19 February 2004: It has been a busy month since the last update, but I did still manage to get out and take some pictures. Updated Winter/Spring 2004 with quite a few new pictures. Highlights include a photo of Melissa on Mt. Verstovia and a couple of decent bird pictures. I recently started getting more interested in mosses, so there are probably more pictures of unidentified mosses than most would prefer to wade through. I enjoyed using the closeup filter and tripod to take the pictures. I think some of them turned out fairly nice.
19 January 2004: Updated hikes accessible from the Sitka road system to reflect the recently completed Beaver Lake trail loop and the not-so-recently completed Mosquito Cove trail loop. In addition, I added Herring Cove to Beaver Lake as a Backcountry Bushwhacking route.
18 January 2004: Started Winter/Spring 2004 with pictures from outings since the beginning of the year.
14 January 2004: The start of a new semester brings new Course Homepages
10 January 2004: Update of Family 2003. After the last update I realized there were some pictures from earlier in the fall that I had failed to put up on the site. Most of them are pictures of Connor on Halloween.
4 January 2004: Last major update for Family 2003. Primarily Christmas pictures.
2 January 2004: Last major update for Fall/Winter 2003. Pictures from a few walks and a couple of hikes taken during Christmas break. Next the next major Photojournal update will be Winter/Spring 2004.
