Interested in College in Alaska?

Melissa and I discussed how many birds were out swimming just off shore and we guessed that it was something between 100 and 500. I think that most of them were buffleheads (a type of duck), but I am not sure. I do not know if they congregate like this all winter or if it was just due to the herring spawn.
