Savannah Sparrow
Passerculus sandwichensis

This bird was far more reluctant to fly than the typical Savannah Sparrow I see. As we walked down the beach, I saw a Sharp-shinned Hawk fly up from near where this sparrow was, so I suspect this bird was still nervous about the hawk.
