Pacific Slope Flycatcher
Empidonax difficilis

This is the first flycatcher I managed to get a photo of. The Pacific Slope Flycatchers are relatively common around the Sitka woods in summer. Their loud calls are fairly distinctive.

Location: Indian River Valley near Sitka, Alaska

Previous: Hermit Thrush (Catharus guttatus)
Next: Lichen
