Fungus (64228 bytes)

I am guessing this is some sort of fungus. It has interesting structure to it although at the slightest touch it smears as it reveals the soft, slimy nature of its growth. If you can help identify this fungus please e-mail me.

Location: Sealion Cove Trail, Kruzof Island, Southeast Alaska

Previous: Northern Groundcone (Boschniakia rossica)
