Eagle Track
Eagle Track
For scale the knife is about 4 inches long. This hike was several days into one of the warm dry periods we have been having this summer. There was only one decent sized pool of water left on the ridge and there were a lot of eagles hanging out there including in this snow patch right above the pond. It was neat to see and hear the twenty or so eagles soaring in the valley at about the same height I was at.

Location: Gavan Ridge
